There are good real estate agents, and there are great real estate agents. Mike Pinko is one of the truly great ones. Living 800 miles away in GA during a raging pandemic made it impractical to shop for houses in PA in person. Because agents want to make a sale they naturally tend to gloss over negatives or problems while emphasizing those things they believe will motivate their buyer. He took the time to understand what we liked and what we didn't .. and why. In the end, we purchased the nicest home we've ever owned and couldn't be happier. We met Mike at an open house. We are looking to downsize from our current home and Mike's expertise and professionalism in real estate is just great.
